Operations Manager EU
Alexander T. Schneider is a security expert with over 15 years of operational experience in military and private high-risk missions worldwide. After nearly a decade as a temporary soldier, primarily in a specialized infantry unit of the German Navy (including several overseas deployments in crisis zones), he switched to the private security sector in 2019.
Since then, he has worked as a Private Military Contractor (PMC) in highly complex operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Eastern Europe, and Central and South America, among others.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management and has completed numerous specialized training courses, including:

Maritime Security / Anti-Piracy Operations (MSO)
Tactical Operational Medicine (TCCC)
CQB (Close Quarters Battle)

Investigative Interviewing
Since 2007, Alexander has been a certified Krav Maga instructor and teaches practical self-defense and operational techniques for authorities, companies, and individuals.
Combining years of field experience with didactic clarity, he is a sought-after instructor for security-related topics. He has published several specialist books, including "Run. Hide. Fight," the first German-language work on survival strategies for mass shootings and terrorist attacks.
Alexander currently works as EU-OpsManager (Operations Manager) at AEGIS Management & Consulting LLC and acts as the central contact for Europe in all matters relating to operational training, international cooperation and security-related projects.
